The B2BMarketing.Email (TM) Marketing Platform is designed to interact with any B2B database supporting a standardized industrial classification system (such as SIC or NAICS). The Marketing Platform is not designed to interact with B2C databases because of the types of data it expects. It is designed to interact with B2B databases only. The Marketing Platform can service three types of business customers.
This option is available for companies that have their own B2B database and wish to use it in order to conduct in-house marketing and sales by using the functionality available through the Marketing Platform.
LOADING THE DATABASE
By signing up for this service, you receive instructions that allow you to upload your B2B database via the secure FTP (SFTP) protocol to the Marketing Platform's system.
The B2B database must contain unique identifiers for every company in the database to enable data updates. Every company must be unique; any de-duplication must be done at your end (such as for example when you have disparate data sources that duplicate some of the companies in your database, and you pool these disparate data sources to compile the B2B database).
The B2B database can contain entries in English, Russian, or both.
TOP-LEVEL DOMAIN NAME OR SUBDOMAIN
Your database will have its own unique top-level domain name (ex: www.greatB2Bdb.example) or subdomain (ex: greatB2Bdb.b2bmarketing.email) on our website.
ACCESS ACTIVATION
After your B2B database is loaded into SFTP and later on onto the Marketing Platform, you will be sent an email instructing you how to register as your B2B database's only subscriber.
Then, you can register the email of your authorized representative who will be your point of contact and the user of the Marketing Platform. Additional users can be added subordinate to this person.
You have complete control over who uses your B2B database and to whom you grant access.
B2B database owners who wish to sell access to their B2B database by subscription can load their B2B database onto the Marketing Platform and sell subscription to it, in doing so obtaining a new revenue channel.
They receive a unique top-level domain or subdomain within the Marketing Platform. The user interface is branded with the B2B database owner's logotype, and all communication between the B2B database owner and his customers is done in branded fashion.
Currently, English and Russian are the supported languages for the Marketing Platform, but additional languages can be added on demand for corporate customers with a particular linguistic requirement for their data.
The following are the main features offered by the Marketing Platform; some of those were mentioned previously:
Unique Domain Name
Your customers will access your database via a unique top-level domain name (this is the preferred method) or via a unique subdomain such as b2bdatabase.b2bmarketing.email. In order to use a top-level domain, you have to register it and point it to our server via DNS through your registrar (instructions will be in the welcome email).
Branding
Your database site will be unique and branded after your company. Your customers will see your logotype when they log in.
You will be able to activate new subscribers from a convenient database-owner web interface from within your login account on the Marketing Platform.
Subscription Plans
You will be able to specify the duration, cost and usage levels of your own subscription plans. Each subscription plan you specify must fall within a service-level specified by the Marketing Platform.
All emails sent by the Marketing Platform to your subscribers arrive branded by your logotype.
The value your subscribers gain from your B2B Database and the Marketing Platform is the marriage of data and diverse and robust marketing functionality.
Language Support
If your data is in a language other than English or Russian (such as German, Chinese, Spanish, etc.), we can work with you to enable another language on the Marketing Platform.
You can review the use case of our launch customer, ADI Biznes Karta, a Russian B2B information company on the market for approximately 30 years.
Manual Moderation
The Marketing Platform has no concept of automatic B2B offer moderation, so all moderation must occur manually or marketing campaigns will not be permitted to begin running. The Marketing Platform, in addition to B2B database owner, has access to B2B offers and can conduct independent modertation, increasing the level of security should something spammy slip by.
This encourages top-most professional content on the Marketing Platform.
Potential customers wishing to use one of the B2B databases offered for paid subscription can do so by subscribing to a particular B2B database via its own unique top-level domain name (or subdomain).
Currently, you can take a look at https://www.biznes-karta.com, the launch B2B customer of the Marketing Platform, for an example of how subscription works.
A marketing selector is a parameter on which search can be conducted. The search engine currently supports the following types of selectors: Classification, Geography, Revenue, Number Employees, Years in Business, and Ownership Type. Additional selectors will be added in the future.
Currently, NAICS and SIC industrial classification system standards are supported out of the box. If your database additionally supports another classification system, a standard or proprietary one, it can be added as a supported classification system on demand.
Currently, urgent [hot], delayed, refused, non-standard-refused, and silent client types are supported. Most of additional functionality related to pursuing further contact with potential clients is available only for urgent and delayed client types.
Currently, there are five plan types available out of the box: Starter, Starter Plus, Professional, Advanced, and Non-Profit. These plans feature one or more of the available six email-campaign types that you can read about in the next screen.
Currently, there are six email-campaign types, each allowing one or more mode of usage.
B2B Lead Generation Email Campaign allows the user to send out a series of B2B offers in a systemic, robust and algorithmic fashion; to receive replies from potential customers; and to categorize those replies in accordance with the five client types described above.
B2B Newsletter/Invite Email Campaign allows the user to send out, one or more times, with or without periodicity, newsletters, brochures, invites, product updates, company news, etc., -- everything related to keeping the marketplace informed about what is going on at your company. This type of campaign does not allow replies.
B2B Lead Nurturing Email Campaign depends on at least one email campaign having run and completed. It cannot be run prior to data available from another type of email campaign having run its course. It allows the user to send offers - requiring response or informational only - to urgent [hot] and delayed client types from one or more of previously completed email campaigns. Effectively, this is a tool to keep in touch with the group of potential clients that expressed interest in your offerings.
B2B Office Products Email Campaign is a specialized type of email campaign that sends out offers related to the running and operations of a business, such as printing supplies, printers, scanners, copiers, office computers, office furniture, various business services, etc.
B2B Lead Scoring Email Campaign cannot be launched until at least one email campaign of a different type is completed. It calculates the fit that a company in the database has versus the companies that replied to your previous offers, and so it sends out a more targeted set of offers, resulting in marketing that is more targeted to the client type you select as the basis for the lead scoring.
N2B Non-Profit Email Campaign is designed to help non-profit organizations make a difference. It allows messages to be sent that allow replies or are informational only.
For urgent [hot] clients, there is one very convenient option that allows you to break the ice with a potential client, the Engage center. Each message you leave in the Engage center causes an email to be sent to the potential client, inviting them to take a look at the message. Likewise, every response of their causes an email to be sent to you, inviting you to take a look at their response. At the very least, you can break the ice and avoid a cold call, helping you contact your potential customer more effectively.
Numerous effective marketing options are available to the user through the Platform. Overall, the Platform provides a solid set of B2B marketing-automation capability allowing any database to provide a set of effective tools to their subscribers.
